1. The defendant shall pay 26,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
