From December 24, 2012 to August 9, 2013, from around December 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was a victim D with the first floor of 78 underground floor of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Building, and was a used car dealer in E, a used car selling company; (b) concluded that the Defendant purchased a high-priced free vehicle and a high-priced vehicle to raise personal debt, living expenses, etc.; (c) concluded that the Defendant purchased a high-priced free vehicle to the victim; and (d) expressed the victim by forging the registration certificate of other automobiles in order to ensure the victim’s awareness; and (d) received a purchase price

1. Forgery of public documents and the uttering of forged public documents;

A. A. On August 9, 2013, the Defendant forged official document at the printing office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using a document preparation program installed in the computer, entered the “name” of the Fenz 350 vehicle registration certificate in his name-free used cars, “resident registration number”, “type and form” column into “G, H, 221026 201” in accordance with the size and form of the letter column and printed it into A4, and then made a new registration certificate by again copying the said registration certificate after being recorded in line with the size of the “name” column, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising his official document, forged a registration certificate in the name of the Busan Metropolitan City Motor Vehicle Registration Office.

B. Around August 9, 2013, the Defendant exercised a forged official document by transmitting a photographic file of the forged registration certificate register using a mobile phone, as if it was a document duly formed with D, in order to pretend that he/she purchased a Fenenz350 car at the above printing office.

2. The Defendant, around July 28, 2013, committed fraud, at the above “E” office, and the victim’s “a new passenger car.”
