1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from July 1, 2012 to April 10, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On May 16, 2012, the Defendant promised to pay 25 million won to the Plaintiff by June 30, 2012. The Defendant sought payment of the agreed amount of KRW 25 million and delay damages. 2. The applicable provisions of law: Decision by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
