However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On April 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 4 months with prison labor for a violation of the Labor Standards Act at Suwon District Court on April 9, 2014, and the said judgment was sentenced to 2 years of suspended execution.

4. 17. Finality was established.

The defendant is the representative of Seongdong-gu Seoul (State)C, who is engaged in construction business by employing 260 full-time workers.

The defendant shall work in the above workplace from May 1, 2005 to February 14, 2013.

A retirement allowance of 6,248,990 won for retired D was not paid within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for the payment without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, and the parties did not pay 2,065,982 won in total for 12 workers within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without any agreement on the extension of the due date, as stated in attached Table 1, Table 1, 32, 33, 41, 54, 64, 67, 72, 78, and 83 of the day of the occurrence of the cause for payment.

The Defendant is the representative of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (C) with 260 full-time workers and engaged in construction business.

The Defendant shall work at the relevant workplace from August 25, 2010 to November 30, 2012.

The retired E’s retirement pay of KRW 11,013,374, including KRW 4,058,147, was not paid respectively within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, as stated in 2-5,7,8,9,11, 13, and 15 of the crime list.
