1. The defendant received on February 6, 1991 the monthly branch of the Chuncheon District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list from the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act of 208 of the applicable provisions of the Act on the Civil Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis to the cases where a person holding a provisional registration is registered as “D” in the register of a 1025 square meters in Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gun.
