The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. On September 18, 2015, the past C organization (hereinafter referred to as “C”) reported a meeting to the Seoul Southern Police Station to the effect that (i) around September 21, 2015, from around October 18, 2015 to around October 18, 2015, approximately 10 people participate in “F” in front of the E Newspaper building located in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and (ii) around September 21, 2015, it reported a meeting to the Seoul Southern Police Station to the effect that: (a) from around September 23, 2015 to around 15:00, approximately 90 people participate in the delivery of the G Park, the “Who-si Mak Mak Resolution” was held.

Nevertheless, on September 23, 2015, from around 15:03 to 16:23, participants came to go beyond the front line of the E Newspaper located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, and up to two-lanes and fixed distance. At around 16:24 on the same day, approximately 4,70 persons who participated in the assembly moved into the erogate for the purpose of moving into the erogate square, the eight-lanes of the erogate in the erogate, while moving into the erogate.

2. On September 23, 2015, the Defendants participated in the assembly as set forth in paragraph (1) and occupied approximately 2,500 participants in the assembly from around 17:38 to 18:13, in front of the Sejong Culture Center.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.
