A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, from the end of February 2, 2010 to the end of February 2, 2010, installed 32 game machine “Yetoma” without being rated in Gwangju Dong-gu C and the first floor from the end of February 2, 2010 to the end of March 2, 2010, and added 10,000 won paid to many unspecified customers who use the game site to the above game machine, and added 1,000 won paid to them to the above game machine, and added 1,000 won to the customers to the above game machine, and made them deducted from 0.5 seconds to the beginning of the game machine, with the beginning of the game machine and having the 3rd number of customers go into the game, and calculated 10,000 won if the same 10 points are calculated to the same 3rd number, 100 won, and 10,000 won if the number is calculated to the same 3rd number.

As a result, the defendant provided ungraded game products in collusion with D, E, and F for the use of customers, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

2. The Defendant, from March 12, 2010 to April 1, 2010, operated the Seo-gu G illegal game room in Seo-gu, Gwangju: (a) installed 29 game equipment “Alidine” game equipment not rated on the Seo-gu, Gwangju, and the second floor from around March 12, 2010; (b) operated the game site; and (c) made 10,000 won to many unspecified customers using the game site “Alidine 100 points on the game machine card; and (d) customers “Alidine 10 points on the game machine card; and (e) they made a game by inserting the same shape or different points on the game machine, and then calculated 10,000 won per 10 points according to the points obtained by customers.

As a result, the defendant in collusion with D and E provides customers with ungraded game products, and exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
