The Defendant, at around 2005, operated the business between B and Dong, was unable to operate the company under his own name on the wind that became a bad and bad credit holder, and was practically operating the “stock company C” by lending B’s name from February 24, 2016.

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant requested B to issue a check of the number of shares (i.e., short of funds due to the lack of funds due to the lack of corporate circumstances) and (ii) to issue a check of the number of shares (i.e., “B”). From October 10, 2016, the Defendant and B entered into a check contract in the name of D Bank Non-Credit Expansion Points and C representative Director B, and have traded the check of the number of shares (i.e., “B”).

The Defendant, in collusion with B on March 22, 2017, issued one copy of the check number “F”, “F”, “F September 5, 2017”, and “C representative director B of a stock company,” in blank, in collusion with B on or around March 22, 2017, the check amount was not suspended as suspension of transaction, even though the said bank was presented for payment.

In collusion with B, until May 10, 2017, the Defendant issued eight copies of the total amount of 1,032,138,700 checks as shown in the separate sheet of crime, and presented them within the time limit for presentment for payment, but the check was not paid as suspension for transaction.

On May 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with B on May 1, 2017, the Defendant issued one check number “J”, “J”, “value” and “30,000,000 won at face value, and “30,000,00” and “20 September 20, 2017” to the representative of H Co., Ltd., the business partner of the said C Office in Bupyeong-si, E, and G, and supplement the following: (b) I issued one check number “J”, “value” and “30,00,000 won at face value; and (c) I issued one check number at face value; and (d) the issue date.

The Defendant in collusion with B, and on September 27, 201, K, the final holder of the above number of units, is L Bank.
