2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the electronic commerce, the export and import comprehensive trade, etc., and the Defendant is a company engaged in beverages, taxation, and wholesale and retail business of miscellaneous products.

In running various businesses, such as online, off-line sales, distribution, etc. of beverages and miscellaneous goods, the plaintiff and the defendant agree to faithfully perform their contractual roles and conclude the following contracts:
