Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months and by a fine of two thousand won.
The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 31, 2015.
[2018 Highest 5036] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. On October 14, 2017, the Defendant sold psychotropic drugs, approximately KRW 5g of the psychotropic drugs, to L, on the street in the vicinity of the Daegu-gu K Building, Daegu-gu, by receiving approximately KRW 700,000,000,000, for sale.
B. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant, at the N Hospital 602 room in Changwon-si M, sold 10,000,000 won of 1,30,000 won of opon to L.
C. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately 10g 1,30,000,000 from the 602 room of the above hospital to L with approximately 1,300,000,000,000.
On November 13, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 5g of 00,00,000 from P’s house located in the Daegu-gu K BuildingO to Q Q, through P’s arrangement, after receiving approximately 70,000,000 from P.
E. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 5g 70,000 from P’s house to Q, through P’s arrangement, after receiving approximately 700,000,000 from Q.
F. On December 5, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 10,300,000 from P’s house to Q, through the P’s arrangement, after receiving approximately 1,30,000,000 from Q.
G. On December 11, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 50,000,000 from P’s house to Q, through P’s arrangement, after receiving approximately 700,000,000 from Q.
H. On December 17, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately 10,300,000,000,000 from P’s house to Q, through P’s arrangement, received approximately 1,30,000,000,000,000 won for Q.
(i) On January 13, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 5g of 10,000 from P’s house to Q in return for KRW 700,000,000 from P’s office to P’s intermediation.
(j) On February 8, 2018, the Defendant sold R 10,000 won of 10,500 won of philopon to R, through P’s arrangement, at F neighboring street in Daegu-gu E.
(k) On February 12, 2018, the Defendant was on the street near the above P’s house.
