A.S.D. from January 15, 2013 to April 9, 2013: (a) transferred total of KRW 10,510,000 from the No.S.C.C.’s account kept in the business by Defendant A to Defendant A’s personal account; and (b) embezzled it by diverting it to the No.S.B or using it for private use.

(g) Defendant A embezzled public funds from June 18, 2013 to April 1, 2014, deposited KRW 47,003,50 in the Agricultural Cooperative Account of the said Development Institute, which Defendant A kept in his/her business, to Defendant A’s personal account, as indicated in the details of the withdrawal of the agricultural cooperative account in attached Form No. 338,50, and embezzled it by converting it to Defendant A or using it for private use.
