The National Library of Korea, in 1992, has developed "Public Library Standard Data Management System (KOAS)", a library business computerization system, for the purpose of improving the business environment of the national public libraries in 1992, and distributed it to the public libraries nationwide. 2) in 1999, the National Library of Korea developed and distributed the Standard Library Data Management System (KOAS) in 199, "Public Library Data Management System (KOLAS)", "National Library of Korea", "National Library of Korea KS II/KOSSSSS-NE distribution project", "National Library of Korea", "National Library of Korea", "National Library of Korea", "National Library of Korea, 199, by changing the KOLAS to the WOLAS system from m-Dos-based to the WOS infrastructure distribution project, and has completed the project by participating in the development project and each distribution project.

3) From 2002 up to 2003 up to 2003 KOLAS II Round (the National Central Library Information System Extension and Improvement Project; hereinafter “KOLAS II Round Project”).

) The National Library of Korea ordered the above project by accepting various demands raised by the national public libraries in 2002, and improving the functions of the KOLAS II, and the plaintiff participated in the development company. 4) In 2003, the National Library of Korea ordered the distribution of the KOLAS II ("the National Library of Korea KOLAS II/KOLSS-NE distribution") to supply the KOLAS II operated in 2003, and the plaintiff participated in the distribution company.

5) In 2007 to 2008, KOLAS III Development ("KOLAS III New Development and Information System Expansion Improvement Project"; hereinafter "KOLAS III Development Project").

The National Central Library of Korea has ordered KOALAS III development projects that add and develop oil codes and new functions to the existing functions of KOLAS II, and the plaintiff will be the developer.
