Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Seeking the repayment of a loan of KRW 47 million loaned by the Plaintiff to the Defendant on March 25, 2018, which was due on September 22, 2017 (the delayed damages shall be calculated at an annual rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from March 26, 2018 following the due date until the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and at an annual rate of 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of complete payment).
