When a fine is to be paid, it shall be confined in a workhouse for five days.

On May 18, 2020, the Defendant parked his DNA-free car in the front of the road, “C,” and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify his registration number plate in a manner of covering the registration number plate in front of the paper stuff and subsequent to it.
