Reasons
The plaintiff asserts that on April 18, 2005, the plaintiff lent KRW 75 million to the defendant.
The fact that the plaintiff remitted 75 million won to the defendant's bank account on April 18, 2005 is not disputed between the parties, but it is insufficient to recognize that the above money was a loan by only the statement in Gap 1 and 3, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
The plaintiff's above assertion is without merit.
