1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 57,981,882 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 28, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons

(However, 'creditor' is considered as 'Plaintiff', 'debtor' as 'Defendant', 2. Judgment without ground for recognition(Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of Civil Procedure Act).
