All appeals are dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the Intervenor, and the remainder are assessed against the Intervenor.
1. With respect to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff did not state the grounds of appeal in the petition of appeal filed by the Plaintiff, and did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period.
2. As to the defendant, this case is a small amount of claim as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims, which does not fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act.
3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the Intervenor, and the remainder is assessed against each party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
