When a person liable for military service moves his domicile, the defendant shall file a move-in report within 14 days.

Although the Defendant moved from Gangnam-si B, which is the domicile of April 1, 2011, to a Buddhist branch, he/she failed to file a move-in report within 14 days from such date without justifiable grounds.
