Punishment of the crime
On November 18, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the support for the development of the source method method of water source, and on September 28, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the support for the development of the source method of water source.
On August 29, 2017, at around 08:40, the Defendant driven Bone Star Cargo in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.058% from around 63 meters to the front day of the Gu Silung Culture Center located in the same Silung-dong from the frontway to the front day of Silung-dong.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
