A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000, and the defendant B and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00.

The defendants are the defendants.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant in violation of the law on fisheries is a person operating a new friendship plantation without trade name in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.

A person who intends to engage in land seawater fisheries cultivating marine animals and plants in a land surface artificially created shall obtain permission from the competent authority for each facility.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission to fish for inland sea farming from the head of Jung-gu, Incheon, and carried on land sea farming business by entering approximately 400,000 white bridges in a new bridge boom of land festivals created from around July 28, 2014 to June 7, 2017 at approximately 3,00 square meters from Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu.

(b) Any person who intends to engage in development activities, such as changing the form and quality of land, shall obtain permission for development activities from a competent authority;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission from the head of the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, without permission for development activities. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant performed development activities after changing the form and quality of the land by creating a new culture farm in the shape of "0" at a size of 1m height, 1m in depth, 80m in width, 140m in length, and 140m in length.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant violating the law of fisheries is a person who operates a new fish farm with the trade name “G” from Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F.

A person who intends to engage in land seawater fisheries cultivating marine animals and plants in a land surface artificially created shall obtain permission from the competent authority for each facility.

Nevertheless, from May 26, 2017 to June 7, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for inland sea farming from the head of Jung-gu Incheon Central Office, carried out land sea farming business by putting approximately 200,000 white bridges in a new bridge bridge boomed from Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu to approximately 2,00 square meters.

(b) Any person who violates the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall engage in development activities, such as changing the form and quality of land;
