1. In collusion with G and H on March 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased No. 613, 617, 727, and 1025 of the “J” officetel located in Busanjin-gu, Busan; (b) employed female employees K, L, and M, and received 120,000 to 130,000 to 90,000 out of the amount of commercial sex acts from the male descendants on the Internet site to the female employees, and (c) made the said female employees to have a sexual intercourse with the male descendants by operating the said commercial sex acts in the same way as the said female employees from November 201 to March 29, 2013.

Defendant B, with knowledge of the fact that the above Defendants engaged in the act of arranging commercial sex acts as prescribed in paragraph (1), aided and abetted the act of arranging commercial sex acts of the said Defendant by facilitating the commission of the act of arranging commercial sex acts by providing guidance to the room where a female employee is receiving the payment for commercial sex acts from the said customers from March 20, 2013 to March 29, 2013.
