1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,157,749 and the interest rate thereon from June 6, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, pursuant to the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on May 14, 2019, the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum shall apply, and the claims exceeding the scope thereof shall be dismissed).
