1. The defendant against the plaintiffs
(a) Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, each point of Annex 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 13, 2014, the Plaintiffs became co-owners, respectively, on October 16, 2013, with respect to the buildings listed in the separate sheet as of January 13, 2014.
B. On November 9, 2012, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with approximately KRW 35,000,000 as lease deposit money, KRW 10 million monthly rent (including value-added tax), management fee of KRW 100,000,000,000, and two years for lease (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) among the buildings listed in the separate sheet as shown in the separate sheet, which are the former owners of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, and KRW 35,00 square meters consecutively connected each point of Section 1, 2, 33, 4, and 1.
C. Although the Plaintiffs notified the Defendant that they succeeded to the lessor’s status under the instant lease agreement by purchasing the buildings listed in the attached list, the Defendant did not pay all monthly rent and management expenses under the instant lease agreement to the Plaintiffs, and the Plaintiffs notified the Defendant that the instant lease agreement will be terminated.
From January 14, 2014 to October 13, 2014, the monthly rent and management expenses that the defendant unpaid are 6,840,000 won in total.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Plaintiffs, the assignee of the building listed in the separate sheet, succeeded to the lessor’s status under the instant lease agreement pursuant to the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, and the Plaintiffs’ termination of the instant lease agreement on the grounds that the Defendant was unpaid as monthly rent. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to order the Plaintiffs, order the instant store, and pay 6840,000 won for unpaid rent and management expenses, and 6840,000 won for unpaid rent and management expenses, and value-added tax from October 14, 2014 to the name of the instant store.
The defendant arbitrarily succeeds to the status of the lessor under the instant lease agreement.
