Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 153,547,273 won and 153,371,273 won among them at the rate of 8% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from July 10, 2019 to September 30, 2019, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.
