However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic in return for promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

1. The Defendant, in collusion with D and E, advertised a commercial sex acts establishment from February 12, 2017 to Apr. 12, 2017, from May 9, 2017 to Jun. 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in operating a commercial sex acts establishment with the trade name of “C” from May 6, 2017; (b) D, E, as its main business, advertised the said commercial sex acts establishment; and (c) in charge of managing profits, etc.; and (d) the Defendant, as the head of the office, received a promise from male members to provide guidance on the commercial sex acts; and (e) had female workers purchase the commercial sex acts with the sex of 80,000 won to 187,000,000 won and other employees in charge of purchasing the commercial sex acts.

2. From May 9, 2017 to June 26, 2017, the Defendant in collusion with D and E to advertise the said commercial sex acts at the site, including D, E, and H, and take charge of the management of revenues, and the Defendant, as the head of the office, received a pre-contract for the purchase of sex, and provided guidance for the purchase of sex, and made the purchase of sex from male and female workers to arrange for sexual intercourse with the male and female workers by having them purchase the sex from around 80,00,00,00, in the name of "J" from May 9, 2017 to June 7, 2017.
