특수절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 28, 2018, at night, the Defendant: (a) around 01:50 on June 28, 2018, 2018: (b) around 01:50, the Defendant: (c) opened a restaurant operated by the Victim C in Jeju-si; (d) opened a door to the restaurant; and (e) intruded the restaurant through the inner entrance, where the warehouse was opened, by cutting off KRW 250,000 in cash owned by the victim in the safe located in a calculation unit; and (e) cut off KRW 250,000 in cash owned by the victim.
2. On September 20, 2018, the Defendant, on September 20, 2018, entered a warehouse via the restaurant back opened in the above “D” restaurant, and then removed and destroyed the locks of the inner entrance door, and intrudes into the restaurant, and then stolen KRW 2.50,000 in cash owned by the victim C in the depository located in the account room.
3. On September 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invadedd at night buildings from around 00:00 to around 01:00 on September 29, 2018, the Defendant: (b) invadedd “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Jeju-si; and (c) stolen KRW 150,000,000 in cash owned by the victim in the credit cooperative located in the place where it is located.
4. On October 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim I at night on October 9, 2018 at the “J” house operated by Jeju-si on October 9, 2018; and (b) invaded upon the victim I at Jeju-si; (c) cut off the cash amount of KRW 70,000 in the possession of the victim, which was located in the credit cooperative located in the calculation unit.
5. On October 24, 2018, the Defendant for theft of a structure at night from October 24, 2018 to October 02:00, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window that was not set up at the time of Jeju-si to a restaurant operated by the victim L located in K at Jeju-si; and (b) intruded into the restaurant, and (c) opened a toilet window and intruded the restaurant to the restaurant, and (d) cash owned by the victim in the depository located in the room for calculation.
