1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

The reasons for the court’s explanation of this case are as follows: (a) it is difficult to see that the medical personnel of Fvalescent Hospital including Defendant D (hereinafter “the Defendant”) from October 18, 2012 to October 27, 2012, inasmuch as it did not conduct basic tests, such as blood, urine test, fry, and chlographic radiation, and so it is difficult to see that the symptoms of the deceased were aggravated to the 20th century by the lack of an opportunity for diagnosis and treatment; (b) it is difficult to see that the 10th anniversary of the fact that the deceased’s consciousness fell from around 16:30 of the judgment of the first instance to the 20th day of the judgment, or that the 1st day of the 20th day after the 20th day of the judgment without considering the overall condition of the deceased’s body changed to 4th day of the 20th day of the judgment without considering the symptoms measured by blood pressure.”
2. Accordingly, the plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
