Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On April 17, 2014, at around 10:20, the Defendant driven BM5 cars without obtaining a driver's license from a section of about 200 meters from the street to the road in front of the Korean hospital located in the same Ri, from the street to the street located in the private north-ri, Nowon-gu, Seowon-gun, Gangwon-do.
