The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On November 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported on the front side of the Myanmar apartment that C (15 years of age, south) and tobacco is being driven by the victim C (15 years of age, south) on March 6, 2012; and (b) assaulted the victim’s right side part of the part above the victim’s right side by using the left hand hand.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. After the instant indictment, the victim expressed his intent not to prosecute the Defendant in this court.
