On December 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 01:00, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance for about 50 minutes, such as drinking while under influence of alcohol and drinking to customers and victims, at the D restaurant operated by the victim C (V, 50 years of age) in Daegu Dong-gu B, Daegu-gu.
