1. 모욕 피고인은 2020. 1. 10. 01:14경 광주시 B 앞 노상에서 택시요금 시비에 관한 112 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관인 피해자 C(41세)이 피고인에게 택시요금 분쟁처리 절차를 안내하고 수차례 귀가할 것을 요청하였음에도 피고인이 택시 문을 열어놓고 닫지 못하게 하면서 택시 운행을 방해하여 피고인에게 “계속 이렇게 하면 업무방해로 처벌될 수 있으니 그만하고 귀가하라”고 말하자 이에 화가 나, 택시기사가 있는 자리에서 피해자에게 “야 이 개새야, 짭새 씨발, 뭐 니가 뭔데 지랄이야”라고 욕설하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (1), posted the scene, obstructed the police officer C from getting off the front of the defective patrol vehicle in order to open the steering seat of the patrol vehicle and to take off the vehicle, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reported cases, by assaulting C, such as placing it into the front wheels of the patrol vehicle and blocking C from driving the patrol vehicle when getting on the patrol vehicle, thereby obstructing C from driving the patrol vehicle.
