However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a victim C(n, 65 years of age) child and a victim D(57 years of age).

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder.

1. 2. Damage to special property and special injury Defendant entered the stable of the victim D after paragraph 1 at the time, place, and after paragraph 1, and the victim got off the victim’s rocketing car, which is the victim’s possession, to prevent the Defendant from escaping, and received the above rocketing car as it was in order to prevent the Defendant’s escape.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying a dangerous object as above, destroyed the instant rocketing car owned by the victim so that the repair cost is equivalent to the repair cost, and at the same time, inflicted injury on the victim, such as the brain knee and the left-hand knee's knee's knee's knee.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 18:40 on November 7, 2017, even though the validity of a driver’s license was suspended, it is approximately 1.4km from the 100-16-ro of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seowon-gun to the 4km village hall in front of the 4-km village hall in the year from the 1000-16-ro of the Gangwon-gu Special Metropolitan City, Seowon-gun Special Metropolitan City.
