On March 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the District Court of Jung-gu on March 30, 2015, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 8 million by the same court on April 4, 2017.

On December 23, 2018, around 10:20 on December 23, 2018, the Defendant driven a F-II cargo vehicle without a driver’s license while under the influence of alcohol content of about 700 meters from the vicinity of C elementary school located in Scheon-si B to the front road in Scheon-si D.

The blood alcohol content at the time of the instant case is 0.055%, and the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, family relationship, motive and means of a crime, and circumstances after a crime are committed.
