1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Among the 178.26 square meters of the third floor of the building indicated in the attached list, the annexed drawings are indicated (1), (2), (3), (4), and (4).
1. On August 8, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the part of the building indicated in Paragraph (a) of Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the Defendant, with the lease deposit of KRW 3 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 350,000; (c) monthly management expenses; and (d) the lease term from August 8, 2013 to August 7, 2015; and (c) terminated the said lease on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent; (d) the Plaintiff seek the return of rent or unjust enrichment calculated at the rate of KRW 370,00 each month from July 24, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the instant real estate; and (e) the said lease is canceled on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
