1. The defendant shall pay 57,750,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages in the claim was corrected as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of first pleading).
