Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation of indemnity against the Plaintiff of the Defendant Company according to the instant insurance contract.

B. On September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff paid KRW 58,080,000 to the above Busan PPP on December 15, 2014, upon receiving insurance claim from the above Busan PPP on the part of the Defendant Company’s failure to perform the above state contract obligations.

C. On June 26, 2014, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with Defendant C on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”). On June 30, 201, Defendant C completed the registration of transfer of ownership with Defendant C on the ground of the instant sales contract on the 30th of the same month.
