A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person operating a restaurant with D’s trade name from around September 1, 2010 to around September 30, 2013; the victim E (n.e., from around June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013; the victim F (n.e., from around August 30, 2013 to around November 27, 2013) is a person working for the said restaurant as an employee.
