A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendant A claimed insurance proceeds from the Samsung Bio-resources Office on January 6, 201, from November 7, 201 to November 21, 201, to E Hospital located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from November 30, 2011 to December 6, 201, F Council members at the same place from November 30, 201 to December 6, 201, and from December 6, 201 to January 4, 2012, Defendant A claimed insurance proceeds as if the instant E hospital had received normal hospitalized treatment for 52 days in total on the grounds that the left-hand slot salt was cut down.

However, the Defendant did not normally be hospitalized, such as viewing personal marries, while frequently going out and going out during the above period.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim Samsung Bio-resources, received KRW 1,020,00 as insurance money on January 12, 2012 from the victim, and acquired KRW 8,971,462 from the Hansung Bio-resources in the same way, and acquired KRW 510,00 from the Hansung Life Insurance, KRW 3,334,827 from Samsung Fire, KRW 2,270,00 from the Hansung Fire Insurance, and KRW 1,725,00 from the Green Damage Insurance, respectively, and acquired KRW 22,421,979 in total.

2. Defendant B: (a) at the Samsung Bio-resources Office on December 28, 2012; (b) from October 26, 2012 to November 6, 2012, to the above E Hospital; and (c) from November 6, 2012 to November 26, 2012, to the above E Hospital, “from October 26, 2012 to November 26, 2012” stated in the facts charged to the above E Hospital was normally deemed to have received insurance proceeds from the above E Hospital from October 26, 2012 to November 26, 2012, on the ground that “from November 26, 2012 to November 26, 2012,” and (d) on the ground that the above E Hospital was normally deemed to have received the insurance proceeds from the above E Hospital’s written indictment ex officio for correction for the period of two months after the date of the amendment.”

However, the Defendant did not normally be hospitalized, such as viewing personal marries, while frequently going out and going out during the above period.
