1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the real estate stated in the attached list.
2. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 1,332,430 and this shall apply.
Reasons
1. Claims: (a) the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (b) on August 28, 2014, the right to claim delivery of real estate and the right to claim return of unpaid rents or unjust gains upon the termination of the lease agreement concluded with respect to real estate listed in the separate sheet; (c) Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis; (d)
