1. The Defendant is based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on March 3, 2019, with respect to the area of 91.9 square meters in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff, on March 3, 2019, after being awarded a successful bid for the land of Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do, D, 274.6 square meters and its ground buildings, knew of the Plaintiff’s possession as part of a marina, and possessed as a peaceful and openly as part of a marina, 91.9 square meters, which is owned by the Defendant, and for whom 20 years have passed thereafter, filed a claim against the Defendant for the implementation of the procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said C site.
