1. On November 24, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) driven a Fystren vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at a distance of about 2K meters from the Changwon-si B apartment Cdong path to the above B apartment Cdong parking lot without a vehicle driver’s license through the Ecom Association located in the same Gu.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at around 00:58 on the same day as the indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, driving the rocketing motor vehicle, thereby proceeding along the roads of the Changwon-gu G Apartment-dong, Changwon-si.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty to take care of preventing accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brakes of the motor vehicle well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in driving a vehicle while driving it as it is, and thereby, received the front and rear door of the J bargaining vehicle owned by the victim I from the next rocketing vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the above occupational negligence in order to have approximately KRW 1,042,160 of the repair cost paid to the above-learning vehicle.

around 14:30 on March 26, 2019, the Defendant driven a F Lastren car not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driving license from around 555 meters from the front side of the Sungwon-si B apartment Cdong at Changwon-si to the front road.
