However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on September 29, 2018, in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu B, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) destroyed the locks installed by the victim C (the age of 37) using an cutting machine prepared in advance; (c) subsequently stolen cash of KRW 4,00 and stored in the machine; and (d) from that time until October 29, 2018, the Defendant attempted to steals the victims’ property worth KRW 384,000,000, total market value of the victim’s property on four occasions, as indicated in the attached Table 1, from that time until October 29, 2018, and attempted to steals the victims’ property on two occasions.

2. From October 20 to 02:00 on October 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of approximately KRW 3.890,000 in cash in an open door, which had been prepared to cut off and damaged the door door door door, and intruded into the door door, and was corrected; and (b) committed a theft of KRW 3.89,00 in cash in an open door, from October 27, 2018, until October 27, 2018, the Defendant destroyed a part of the structure at night, intruded the structure into the structure, and then stolen the victims’ property worth KRW 8.59,00 in total at the market price on five occasions, and attempted to steals over five occasions.

From October 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:40 on October 29, 2018, was in the I Gameland operated by the victim H in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) was stolen by taking a total of KRW 500,000,000 in cash, which was kept in the depository after opening a corrected window and intrusion into the bubble, and KRW 2.5 million in cash, which was kept in the bubing exchange.
