1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant). 2. Service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
