2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

- As to the seller’s total land 15,09 square meters (4,567 square meters), F forest land 4,738 square meters (1,433 square meters), G forest 6,392 square meters (1,934 square meters), H forest 13,169 square meters (3,984 square meters), 2,211 square meters (69 square meters) in I forest 2,211 square meters (69 square meters), JJ land 927 square meters (280 square meters), 280 square meters in K farm site (85 square meters) 12,952 square meters in total, which is the Defendant, the purchaser, and the other seven persons, the Plaintiff, and the other parties, and the purchaser of the sale price, 2,978,000,000 won per 1 square meters (hereinafter “the sales contract of this case”), and the sales contract of this case was prepared differently from the sales contract of this case (hereinafter “the sale contract of this case”).

- The land for E farm among seven parcels subject to the above sales contract was 15,09 square meters (4,567 square meters), F forest 4,738 square meters (1,43 square meters) and G forest 6,392 square meters (1,934 square meters) and H forest 13,169 square meters (3,984 square meters) on September 18, 2002, the Plaintiff, L, M, M, N, P, Q, R, S, and T were divided and registered for several occasions as shown in the attached Table, and each ownership transfer was completed in the current number of occasions.

- Ten persons including the Plaintiff, etc., reselled the 10 square meters of I forest land 2,211 square meters (669 square meters), J-J 927 square meters (280 square meters) and 280 square meters of K farm land (85 square meters) on October 19, 2002 among seven parcels subject to the above sales contract, and filed an ownership transfer registration in the name of the above company on October 22, 2002.

- After the conclusion of the instant sales contract, I forest was divided into W forest 2,393 square meters on September 12, 2002, and was converted into X forest 2,566 square meters on March 31, 2014, and was divided into X forest 2,566 square meters on October 20, 2014 and C forest 354 square meters (hereinafter “instant forest”).

- Accordingly, with respect to X 2,212 square meters of forest land, the registration of ownership transfer was made in U’s name, and with respect to the forest land of this case, in the Defendant’s name.
