Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to the nine-year imprisonment on July 4, 2012 by Daejeon District Court for murder and was sentenced to the said nine-year imprisonment on July 4, 2012, and is engaged in driving a B multilateral car.
On November 22, 2010, the Defendant driven the said car which was not mandatory insurance, and proceeded with one lane of three-lanes on the opposite side of the Daejeon Pungdong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si. The Defendant failed to secure safety distance and neglected to do so, due to occupational negligence that caused the victim C(27 years old) who is waiting for signal in the front bank, suffered injury, such as salt of the bones, etc. of the Dama vehicle-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-do-do-do.
