A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 160 hours against the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, who entered the Republic of Mongolia around September 26, 2008, had a lack of ability to discern things or make decisions on May 30, 2015.
1. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion by force) committed an indecent act against the victim E (the age 45) by drinking the victim’s her free will and by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim’s her own will, by intrusioning the victim E (the age 45) on the part of the victim, through an open entrance at the O Care Center located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si. D.
2. Around 18:20 on May 30, 2015, the Defendant injured the victim’s bodily injury: (a) was waiting for buses at the bus stops located adjacent to the FOOO located adjacent to Cheongju-si, and (b) was waiting for buses, and (c) the Defendant was able to take the clothes the victim left into the neighboring building while towing the clothes, but (d) the Defendant attempted to take the her hand into the surrounding building by carrying the her hand, but did not bring the Defendant’s hand into an attempted attempt, and did not bring the Defendant’s hand into the wind, and thereby, he did not bring about about two weeks of medical treatment. Accordingly, the Defendant was able to take part in the shoulder and the string of the above arms, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
3. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against both of the victims by drinking the victim I (Influence, 11 years of age and Japanese people) who were playing in a park adjacent to the OO resident center located in a considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and committing an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against both of his/her descendants.
4. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an official play at the places specified in the said paragraph (3) on or around May 18:40, 2015, the Defendant forced the victim by using his/her son’s her hump to the end of committing indecent act by compulsion.
