21,765,236 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The Defendant was working as a government-funded construction project and goods contract broker ordered by the former C military water supply and sewerage business office, etc., and D is a person who served as the head of C/Gun from July 2006 to March 2014 and is notified as the highest part of E by serving as the head of C/Gun.

Using the status and connection of D above, the Defendant solicited the public officials in charge of government-funded construction and goods contracts in the C-Gun to receive contracts from specific companies, and conspired with D to receive money and valuables from the companies under the pretext of such solicitation.

Accordingly, the defendant is against the representative director G of the F Co., Ltd. F (hereinafter "F") so that F can receive a contract for the H village sewerage supply contract ordered by the NJ C in Korea.

In the case of success in contract contracts, G consent was obtained by proposing to the purport that “The price for 22% of the contract amount shall be changed.”

Afterward, the defendant called "G on October 15, 2013," and then, on the case of the above supply contract, the "F's patent will be reflected in design because the public official in charge applied the F's license to the public official in charge."

“Along with the demand for advance payment, part of the price agreed upon with the purport that it was “” and received KRW 8,000,000 in total, including KRW 3,000,000 on the same day, around January 17, 2014, and KRW 3,000,000 on May 9, 2014.

Then, on May 27, 2014, F entered into a contract for the supply of the C-Gun Water and Wastewater and H District Village Sewerage (Contract Amounting to KRW 302,590,000). G transferred KRW 38,210,038 to D’s account on May 28, 2014, and KRW 13,765,236 to the Defendant’s account on June 3, 2014.

As a result, the defendant in collusion with D received a total of 59,975,274 won under the pretext of soliciting or arranging the affairs of public officials.
