Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates C in the Glang-gun B.
The Defendant worked in the foregoing C from October 1, 201 to April 19, 2012, and did not pay KRW 1,451,410 of D’s retirement on February 2, 2012, and KRW 2,300,000 of wages on March 2, 2012, and KRW 1,456,66 of wages on April 1, 2012, and KRW 5,208,076 within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on extension of the date.
In addition, the Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 13,280,541, which was retired in the above C as indicated in the list of crimes committed below, within 14 days from each retirement date, without agreement on the extension of the due date.
