Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking reimbursement is the assignee of the claim for reimbursement established by the Daegu District Court Decision 2007Kadan18819 (No. 301,228,859). The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit in order to interrupt the extinctive prescription of the said claim (the acquired principal).
