A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was unable to repay 30 million won of bank loans, and was living with his family because of his/her failure to pay the cost of living. The Defendant displayed the identification card of police officials who induced sexual traffic women with a single name “compacting” through mobile phone hosting method, displayed his/her identification card and the block purchased on the Internet “B” website, and threatened and detained his/her control, and attempted to demand money and valuables from a manager of sexual traffic.
1. On May 9, 2019, at around 20:21, the Defendant forged public document documents: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongdong-gu Factory D, the Defendant’s photo is attached to the editing paper using a computer screen program; (b) the Defendant’s photo is attached to the front section of the editing paper using the computer screen program; (c) the Seoul Sungdong Police Station is attached to the police mark; and (d) the Seoul Sungdong Police Station is indicated as “A” and “A” and “4 teams for criminal and intelligence investigation” at the bottom of the above pictures; and (d) printed the above paper with the police mark attached to the lower section and attached to the back of “the access certificate of the GIC.
Accordingly, the defendant, who is an official document, forged the identification card of police officer belonging to the Seoul East Police Station.
2. Around June 4, 2019, the Defendant attempted to commit robbery: (a) up to 19:50 on June 4, 2019, the victim F (hereinafter referred to as “FE”) who written an article on conditional sexual traffic, pretended to have been sexually purchased; (b) induced the victim F (hereinafter referred to as “V”) to have been sexually induced in front of the H task located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
At around 19:59 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) moved the said victim to a white slurfed vehicle (I); (b) immediately moves the vehicle; (c) shows the identification card of a forged police officer as described in paragraph (1); and (d) expresses the locks prepared in advance, saying, “I are the police, women working at a business establishment, sees the head of office telephone number, and if not, will move to the police station.”
